A date at Underwater World
This was a backdated post, I took leave and brought Sher to the Underwater World at Sentosa for the day.. it was a windy day as rain pelted down while we were on our way to meet my cuz for lunch. Had dim sum @bosses and sher savoured her fav eggtarts. Then we were on our way to Sentosa on our 1st monorail ride. The rain had stopped and we were sheltered most of the journey. Sher threw tantrum when I refused to let her take pix of the turtles. But, she was soon pacified when she saw the touch-n-feel pool where she could lay her hands on the starfish.
We also saw the feeding session for the gigantic araipaima, stunning angelfish, beautiful jellyfishes and many more. We walked through the tunnel and saw stingrays, sharks and many species of fishes swimming above us. This was not our 1st time at underwater world. We came here when sher turned 2. So, it's kinda refreshing as she understood more this time as I tried to explain to her each types of sea creatures we saw. Next, it's time for the pink dolphins show. I remembered in the past, we needed to pay to watch this segment of the show but now, it comes as a package if you have paid for the underwater ticket. We also explored abit as we were quite early for the show. By the time we reached home, it was time for dinner. Sher dosed off during the bus journey as she was so tired. When we reached our destination, I woke up her and she was indeed a doll as she did not display any tantrum. I quickly praised her for it and told her we will do more outing as she was on her best behaviour.
