Switched to All in one Growing Up

Sher had been drinking Dumex All in One Growing Up Milk for 6months and I'm quite pleased with how well she's taken to it. Her immune system is much stronger as compared to last year where doctor visit was frequent. The milk fomulae contains up to 50 fruits, vegetable extracts and fish oil. And I am determined to continue with All in one till she reached 7 after sher mentioned that she likes it very much.
A bit of history of sher's milk fomulae she took...

Freak Accident
Hysterical... Lost... shock...Scared, Worried were how I felt yesterday afternoon. It happened after we had our lunch at Lot 1 foodcourt, we were on our way down taking the escalator. I was holding sher's hand and she was standing on my left. Both Hubby and I were chatting. It happened so quickly, she let out a scream and cried loudly. Then, my instinct told me to pull her away for the side of the escalator as quickly as possible. Apparently, her shoe got sucked into the side of the escalator and she escaped with a deep gnash on her 2nd toes at her right foot. Her 2nd toenail suffered cuts and was bleeding non-stop, the incident also caused her 2nd toenail uprooted from her toe. Seeing her bleeding scared the hell out of me.
My hubby who remained calm told me to get something to stop the bleeding while he carried shervon to the washroom. I was still recovering from my composure as I rushed to the basement pharmacy to get the necessary items. When I got back, he had managed to wash her wound and we proceeded to sterile her cuts, cleaning the wound. Apparently, sher had calmed down too and her daddy managed to ask her what actually happened earlier. She was actually playing at the side of escalator and putting her foot into the side. This time round, we didn't manage to catch her in her mischief. (I always make her stand in the centre of the escalator except tis time)
What if I didn't manage to pull her free from the side of the escalator, thinking about this sent chills down my spine... I felt guilty and should have taken further preventive measure and this would not have happened. But thank god, I managed to pull her free from the escalator before worse thing happened.
