X'mas Festive Parties... Ho Ho Ho!
Christmas is the season to be joyful as we, Christian celebrated Jesus's coming to our world. The occasion of giving and sharing love among friends and family. The whole family went church during X'mas eve and of cos, not forgetting feasting! Both Shervon & I were invited to a few parties as we gathered together and enjoyed the festive cheer! Thanks to Charlene and Irene who were great hosts and we had a terrific time.

Pytosis Update
On Monday, it was Sher's bi-annual eye check-up at KKH and I was disappointed that her right eye have deteriorated since the last visit. We were advised by the doctor to patch her eyes for 2 hours instead of 1. And he added that we require to patch her eye in the morning to see best results. Now, hb put her on eye-patch before she heads to school and the teacher will help her remove after 2 hours. As for the surgery date, the doctor will advised in the next appointment as she was quite uncooperative this time round. Dr Seah advised against surgery now as it might deter her recovery.
Let's hope for good news next visit. May the Lord continue lay his healing touch on her left eye.

What time do your child sleep?
Most nights, I have difficulty coaxing shervon to sleep early. She always have difficulty sleeping early and have problems waking up the next day. She clocks 9 hours of sleep most weekdays and 10 hours on weekends. Seeing this article makes me even more determined to bring forward her sleeping time. Now, she's turning in for bed at 10pm which is relatively late for her age. And she wakes up at 7plus in the morning on weekdays. But it is no easy task as I realised that by the time I'm home for dinner after work, it's past 7pm and most days, either she finished her meals or still having dinner. So, the earliest time I tried tucking her in bed, it was 9pm. But, she doesn't snooze immediately and toss and turn in bed. We would try reading a bedtime story most days before sher turns in.
